Due to the custom nature of our products, we apply the following return and refund conditions:
1. Non-Refundable Items
All cards and printed materials are custom-made and are non-refundable once production begins.
2. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of payment, provided production has not started.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with incorrect printing, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request photo evidence and offer a replacement at our discretion.
4. No Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to defects or production errors.
5. Refund Process
If approved, refunds are processed via the original payment method or store credit within 5–7 business days.
